June 2014 - November 2015 - Agroproekt: 


  • Complete power consumption of the plant 2 x 25MW (110kV).
  • Power distribution 10kV and transformers.
  • 400V power distribution.
  • Design of all EFD “Electric flow diagram”
  • PID boiler circuit to dryers 6 x 15MW.
    • Calculation mass heat balance; Calculation balance bottle. 
    • 5 Vyncke boilers 5 x 15MW; 1 Bosch gas boilers 15MW.
  • PME system “Power management engineering software” Schneider”
  • Volledig energieverbruik van deze site bedroeg 2 x 25MW (110kV)


November 2015 - August 2019: Head of the construction and commissioning team of electrical power distribution and automation


Management of following teams:

  • power electrical team, consisting of 5 engineers
  • software and Eplan P8 team, consisting of 10 engineers
  • construction and commissioning team of the electrical power distribution “25 electricians and 3 engineers”
  • construction and commissioning automation “35 electricians and 10 engineers”


Project responsibilities:

  • Power distribution 10kV and transformers.
  • 400V power distribution MDP panel and cables.
  • Management of the power electrical team, consisting of 5 engineers 
  • Management of software and Eplan P8 team, consisting of 10 engineers
  • Hardware and network layout for PCS7
  • Setup SIEMENS PSC7 system with 6 AS410 controllers
    • Route control; Engineering stations; Redundant controllers
  • Functional analysis
  • Set-up emergency groups and SIL2
  • Building up Scada screens and touch screens
  • Set-up database motors “1000 motors”
  • Set-up database instruments “25000 inputs”
